Temporary—Our associates who work on temporary assignments are pre-screened to ensure they have the skills you need, while temporary staffing provides you the flexibility you need. If a project or season requires that you ramp up, our associates can provide you with the expertise where and when you need it.
Temporary-to-Hire – Hesitant to commit? Unsure of the economic climate or adequacy of workload? You can bring on an associate as temporary-to-hire. After approximately 3 months, if the fit is right and the financial outlook is bright, you can convert the associate to your payroll without a conversion fee.
Direct Hire—If you are looking for a direct-hire employee, and we don’t already know the right person, our highly-trained staffing specialists can efficiently manage the time-consuming tasks and high costs of placing ads, interviewing, checking references and credentials.
