How much do your services cost?

Brooks Staffing is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price.  Your cost will vary based on several factors including the expertise of the staff to be placed, workers’ compensation costs, account volume, and lead time for our staffing specialists.

What kind of jobs do you fill?

Brooks Staffing is a full service staffing company.  We handle position clerical, professional, industrial and manufacturing sectors.  By having a broad base of applicants, as well as using various recruiting resources, we can meet most staffing needs of your business.

What is the process for finding employees through Brooks Staffing?

Our search and recruitment efforts will begin immediately.  Brooks Staffing will get the details of the position from you, including wage information and a job description.  We will also inquire about your company culture and objectives, so that we can send the most qualified applicants to suit your needs.  In some cases, we may conduct a site visit to better understand the work environment.  By clearly understanding your needs and the position requirements, we can select the best candidates.  Our goal is an ideal fit, every time.

You will be asked to complete a credit application.  We will provide a quote letter to you and provide information on our services and our policies.

How long will it take to have an employee in our company?

The timeframe for successfully identifying an associate (temporary or temp-to-hire) or employee (direct hire) for you will vary based on our current applicant base and your specific needs.  We are committed to sending the most qualified applicants.  You have the option of reviewing the qualifications of the most qualified applicants and doing an interview, or we can fill a position based on the qualifications you provide.

What if I am not satisfied with a Brooks Staffing employee?

Please contact us immediately.  While we guarantee that the associate we send to fill your position will be fully qualified, sometimes the person and job just don’t fit.  That is not always clear until the person is working.  If you’re not satisfied with our employee and notify us within the first four hours, you won’t be billed for the work performed.

What kind of background checks do you provide?

Prior employment reference checks are completed for each applicant.  A number of other screenings are available including:  criminal background checks, education verifications, credit history verifications, driving record screens, and pre-employment drug screens.  Let us know your position requirements and we can customize the screening accordingly.
