During our screening process, we learn about our applicants’ skills, work experience, goals and availability through skills testing, verifications of work history, reference checks, and an interview. Client interviews and education verifications can occur where applicable.
Before placement of an associate, you will be asked to complete a credit application. We will provide a quote letter to you and provide information on our services and our policies.
After an associate accepts the job offer, an orientation is provided to prepare them for your assignment. A pre-employment drug screen, credit and/or criminal background check may also be performed where applicable. We strive to achieve the ideal match for your position.
