Brooks Staffing prides itself on placing the right person in the right job – temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire. Applicants can easily complete an online application either at home or in our office.
Once you complete your online application, a friendly, trained staffing specialist will review it, and discuss with you your qualifications, job interests, and availability.
If asked to complete our application process, you will be asked to:
- provide complete work history information
- provide two verifiable work references
- complete skills testing relevant to your job interests
- identify preferences for shift, type of work and location, and
- proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
After the application is complete, you will interview with a staffing specialist. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your vocational skills and experiences in job-related settings. The staffing specialist will discuss not only what specific skills you have, but also find out more about what you are looking for in your next position.
Brooks Staffing will perform reference checks with previous employers and other references provided by applicants. Once reference information is complete, you will be offered jobs based on all the factors of our screening process.

When a job offer is made and accepted, an applicant will take part in provided a new employee orientation. Additional screening may be required including re-employment drug screening, and credit and/or criminal background check.
