Administrative Assistant – Short term assignment (~10 weeks)
Start Date: October 6, 2017
Estimated End Date: December 18, 2017
Hours: 8:30 a.m. start time; 32 – 37.5 hours per week (distributed over 5 days; flex. Friday)
Looking for a short-term position before the Winter break hits? Do you have 3-5 years of administrative experience supporting multiple individuals/teams. This is your chance to support a Corporate Relations Team for a non-profit’s regional office that is positively impacting and advancing equity our communities.
• Administrative support to the Corporate Relations Team
• Front desk reception coverage (minimal)
• Compile campaign mailing materials including packaging and shipping
• Schedule speakers for partner agency requests
• Print, circulate and mail all corporate giving and thank you letters
• Corporate account outreach
• Compile, organize, distribute and mail all thank you notes to donors
• Invoice coding for general team expenses
• Submit report envelopes after campaigns completion
• Other general administrative duties as needed.
• 3-5 years’ administrative experience (direct experience in supporting multiple individuals/teams)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and discreetly
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects
• Great time management skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (mostly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint). Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to project a positive, flexible, supportive attitude
